The Polin Multidrop uses dispensing heads for pouring, spraying, and spreading solid and viscous doughs. Shortcrust pastry, sand mixtures, sponge cake batters, etc., are processed with two different dispensing heads and corresponding tool attachments to produce a wide variety of baked goods.
Through the rotation of grooved rollers, the dough is compressed and extruded through the desired nozzles, where various cookies, for example, are shaped. The automated depositing and dosing process ensures consistently high quality, efficiency, and time savings for fine pastry production. The dosing machine can reliably and repeatably replicate the movements of a piping bag.
Variety in fine pastry products is also achieved with different nozzles and dough-cutting shapes. By combining the accessories in different ways, the production of creative products such as cookies, fine pastries, American-style cookies, muffins, granulated crumbs, and sponge cake batters for roulades is possible.
Without compromising on quality, even non-experts can operate the machine, as the integrated recipe management and simple, intuitive control via the touch display guide the staff through the production process. Larger quantities of products can be produced easily and with less personnel.
The Polin Multidrop is compact, transparent, and easy to clean, with easily removable panels. The closed stainless steel casing is hygienic. The pump heads and various molds can be easily removed for cleaning outside the system.
