In addition, our service team also offers the option to carry out repairs or maintenance directly at your site. We use high-quality spare parts for these services. Our team consists of experts from various disciplines, including mechanics, mechanical engineers, and electricians, who can be on-site at your location in no time.
Overhaul, Retrofit & Digitalization
One of our core competencies is the overhaul of individual machines and entire production systems. This can be done as a customer project or as a stock machine, which we are happy to offer as an alternative to a new device.
The possibilities in the area of retrofit are extensive. We bring machines up to date with the latest sensors, software, controls, and actuators.
We also gladly implement remote maintenance modules and interfaces into existing systems, enabling data exchange with upstream and downstream machines, as well as an integrated manufacturing management system. These allow for better monitoring and control of production processes. Through real-time data collection, you can dynamically adjust and automate production processes, resulting in higher productivity and reduced downtime.
Spare Parts & Consumables
We maintain a large inventory of spare parts for all common bakery and confectionery machines from various manufacturers and years of production. Parts that are no longer available are manufactured in-house by us.
Upon request, we provide our existing customers with proven process chemicals for PCB production and chemical processing (for PCB pre-treatment, development chemicals, cleaners, and defoamers).
