Sometimes, the most exciting moments come out of nowhere. One evening, we received a message that took us by surprise:
“Hey, I just saw one of your machines on Galileo on ProSieben! Even though the logo was covered, it was instantly recognizable—your slogan ‘Solutions Through Technology’ and the familiar symbols gave it away!”
Of course, we had to check for ourselves. And there it was—at minute 2:17, our system was featured as the first step in the dough production process. Though the description wasn’t entirely accurate, it went as follows:
“This dough machine ensures a crispy result. It mixes rye flour and water using air from a pressure pump, preventing lumps. The liquid dough then flows through a pipe into the mixer.”
This spontaneous TV recognition highlights the versatility of our mixing systems. Originally designed for pre-dough and aroma piece production in artisan bakeries, our technology also proves invaluable in crispbread manufacturing—offering advantages such as improved water absorption, energy savings, and optimal dough processing.
