Successful Collaboration: State-of-the-Art Coating and Drying System for Eltek Ltd. in Israel

As a leading manufacturer of complex rigid and flex-rigid PCBs, Eltek Ltd. upholds the highest standards of quality and reliability. To meet these demands, ahk Service & Solutions GmbH was commissioned in March to deliver a customized coating and drying system tailored to Eltek’s specific requirements.

Despite global challenges, including unstable supply chains and specific requirements for delivery to Israel, the system was delivered on schedule in September and successfully commissioned in November. Under the leadership of Andreas Harsch, Managing Director for Coating and Drying Technology, our team ensured the precise calibration of all system and process parameters during an intensive 12-day deployment.

Highlights of the installation include the ahk Atomizer, which impresses with innovative precision coating, and the Beltrotherm from Beltron, which ensures maximum drying efficiency.
